Work Capacity:
In 30 mins. complete as many rounds as possible of - 400m Run, 25x Double-unders, 400m Run, 12x Pull-ups.
An evolving physical and mental training regimen designed to forge the individual into their most adaptable and capable potential, to allow for maximum survivablity and physical capability in a constantly changing environment.
Ben and I did this running about 500m everytime, I finished 5 rounds and 25x double-unders, Ben finished 4 rounds and 300m of the second run.
