While wearing a 20-50# weighted vest sprint 80 yds - every 10 yds drop and perform 4x burpees. Repeat once after 3 minutes rest...

    Notes: Had to rest during the 30 reps. Just rested with the weight on my back. 65# was way too light for the 10 rep set. Dropped the weight once from overhead at 5 reps set. Form was an issue towards the end sets. Was not able to go as deep as i should have. Weight should have progressed on a gentler curve. Lesson learned.
