Thursday's Training Session:

5 Rounds for time:
15x Squat cleans 135/65 lbs.
35x Push-ups

  2. Matt and I did this one this morning. Matt hard charged it the first round and made me seriously worry he was going to destroy me. Turns out steady and consistent was the right pace. He finished in 17:22, I ended up surprising myself with 12:34.
