Courtney slayed this one finishing just under 30 minutes. She said her core was super sore the next day.
ReplyDeleteMatt and I did this one this morning. Matt hard charged it the first round and made me seriously worry he was going to destroy me. Turns out steady and consistent was the right pace. He finished in 17:22, I ended up surprising myself with 12:34.
