Miserable as usual Fran always sucks, I finished in 3:07.

ReplyDeletePull ups were either assisted or jumping, or kipping depending on how much i had in the gas tank.
Other half of the workout was cut short because the Red Wings are playing tonight!
Ben finished Fran in 6:43 today learning thrusters for the first time, Matt finished it in 6:48.
