Metabolic Conditioning
Friday's Training Session:
Grab a kettle bell (50/30 lbs.) and head outside to the park or beach and train in the fresh air and sun.
Complex 1:
1 min. single arm swing LH
1 min. figure 8
1 min. single arm swing RH
1 min. figure 8
1 min. lunges LH
1 min. clean and press RH
1 min. slasher to halo
1 min. lunges RH
1 min. clean and press LH
1 min. slasher to halo
Complex 2:
5x Swings
5x Goblet squats
5x Swing to goblet squat
5x Clean and squat LH
5x Clean and squat RH
5x Clean and thruster LH
