Monday's Training Session:

21-15-9 Reps of
Hang squat clean 135/75 lbs.
Ring Dip
KTE's

  1. Didn't have time today to make it to the gym, so i trained at home. Did

    200x Push-ups
    100x Air squats
    then
    21-15-9 reps of
    Squat cleans with 80# sandbag
    Alternating 1-arm KB swings x2 w/40# kettle bell

  2. 35:45 No instructions to time but I did anyway. Really slow.

    Every set was broken except the last set of KTE (9). Legs were trashed after the SDHP's yesterday so I subbed Hang Power Cleans for the HSC's.

    Also subbed x3 dips for the ring dips. Used a small amount of assistance as needed for the dips (anti-gravity, floor, jumps).

    Humbled again.
