Monday's Training Session:

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3

Then for time complete:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
Double-unders
Perform 10x burpees after each set of double-unders

  1. 185-225-245-265-245 for front squats. Double-unders and burpees absolutely sucked 6:00 mins. flat!
