Strength


Wednesday's Training Session:

For time complete 30x Push-press at BW
Every minute on the minute perform 10x burpees
until all 30x reps of push-press are complete.

Notes: Start your clock and begin with 10x burpees then get right into the push-press.

  1. Time was 5:58, burpees still suck no matter what! Can't wait to rest now...

  2. 15:35 BW=190#

    Started at 135# and worked up to 175#. Stayed at 175# for a couple reps before working my way back down to 135#. Burpees and pushups were in there but limited to after i put the bar down.

    This was so far beyond me.
