30-20-10 Reps of
Clean and jerk 95/65 lbs.
Chest to bar pull-ups

  1. 29:20. Broken sets all the way. Subbed Regular/kipping pull-ups for the chest to bar stuff. Just kept plowing through it.

  3. Did this one today, just like chris had to break up the sets, finished in 11:08 with squat cleans!
