Friday

Strength/Stamina:

Complete 100 yds of walking barbell lunges. Use 3/4 of your BW for loading. After every 8x lunges stop and perform 4x rack jerk; every time you drop the bar a penalty is incurred. One penalty is equivalent to 7x burpees, performed immediately.

    then 50 yds walking lunges with 95 lbs in front rack position
    then 50 yds walking lunges with 75 lbs in zercher carry position
    then finished with 50x HSPU's on the paralletes... Awesome session!

    Courtney completed 50 yds walking lunges with 45# bar on back
    then 50 yds walking lunges unloaded
    then 50 yds walking lunges with 45# bar on back
    then finished with 70x hand release push-ups... Her push-ups are getting super strong!

  2. Ben and I completed a modified version of this at his house saturday morning.

    5 Rounds at 150#'s:
    10x walking lunges
    4x Rack Jerks
    7x Burpees

    If i had been alone at the gym i would have done this at 135#'s because 150# was incredibly heavy. It lead to some poor form on my lunges and jerks, but i got through it.

    Sunday afternoon I completed a 4 mile LSD run in 42:07s.

    Monday morning I'm tired and uninspired.
