Warmup: 8:30 jog down to beach in five fingers.
ReplyDelete500m swim=13.39s alternated stroke between freestyle, breast, side, and combat sidestroke. Felt like I could never catch my breath!
6 successful underwater buoy-to-buoy swims @ 15-25m, out of 12 or so attempts.
