General Physical Preparedness:

30x Sandbag get-ups 100/60 lbs.
30x Muscle-ups (Bar or rings, or mix it up)
30x Squats at a minimum 100 lbs. (Squat an odd object - sandbag, log, stone, buddy, etc.)

  1. Warmup: 100 yard sandbag walk

    Getups @80# took 4:09s, switch shoulders half way through.
    Subbed 3x dips and pullups for the muscle ups.
    Squats also at 80# with sandbag.
    Warmdown: 100 yard sandbag walk
    Getup and squat sets unbroken.
    Entire workout took about 50 mins.
