Ej completed a 1 MILE tire flip today with a 150 lbs. tire, that's over 1200 flips, finishing time 1:48:19!
ReplyDeleteFinished in 11:32! Broke two PR's today the first was 38 consecutive non-kipping pull-ups (Old PR was 30), and the second was 100 pull-ups in 4:38. Having a great day.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all...EJ you have been hanging out with Gonzo too much, flippin a tire for a damn mile. Ridiculous. Second...I hate you and your 38 pull ups Gonzo!! Third...Both of those are pretty impressive. Nice work playas!
Finished todays workout in 15:55. I also had a PR on pull ups - 25 straight.
Burnsy good work on the pull-ups PR! Those hundred pull-ups really kill the time in the beginning, so keep working on them and your time will drop significantly.
